Truck Crushes Small Car on Turnpike and Flees

Keith M. and his nineteen year old wife, Amanda, suffered serious injuries when a tractor trailer suddenly changed lanes on the turnpike, crushing the front passenger compartment of their small car and causing them serious injuries. The truck driver then continued north until being chased down by other truckers and forced to stop until the State Troopers arrived. Fortunately, Keith and Amanda’s injuries were not life threatening and no harm was done to their baby who was protected by the car seat in the back seat of the car. Amanda, however, did suffered a fractured nose, a forehead laceration, and a low back injury; Keith suffered neck and back injuries as well.
